Domestic chores…Will be my topic for my last Kingston University project for P&FD. Are domestic chores something we invent for ourselves? Are they a medium to procrastination, avoiding more pressing and serious things to get done? A celebration of it being a pain in the ass or simply a therapeutic act that makes us feel better about ourselves and enjoying it? OR is it to do with the effort of a task versus the reward for it. Minor task - big reward. Major task - same reward….. Are domestic chores other things that aren’t cleaning? Is looking good for your partner before he gets home a chore?
